Arianna Lehr is a graduate of The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy class of 2016. She is a registered member of Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia and a clinic practicum supervisor at CCMH. She is currently in study in the Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice (D.O.M.P.) at CCMH class of 2031.
She tailors her treatments to each client’s body offering varying levels of pressure. She enjoys a range between deep tissue sports style massage to light pressure relaxation- all preferences welcomed! She has a passion for the field of massage therapy with a deep love of body work.
She has experience working with clients experiencing TMJD, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, shoulder dysfunction, central sensitization, whiplash, pelvic dysfunction, migraines, tendonitis, and more.
